Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. Our Quiet Room is at your disposal before and after services. You may sit with a warm neck-ease on your shoulders and enjoy a cup of herb tea or a glass of lemon water.

Courtesy
We ask that cellular phones and pagers be turned to silent mode when visiting The Spa at Personal Choice, to ensure the tranquility of you and your fellow spa goers.

Parking
The Spa is located on the corner of 2nd and G Streets. Parking in front of the Spa is all day, as is parking on 1st Street. There is two-hour parking on G Street between 2nd and 3rd. Parking lots are available on the corners of 2nd and H Street, and 3rd Street between H and G Streets.

Medical Conditions
Your Spa Therapist will ask you basic questions during your Needs Assessment, prior to your Service. If you have any medical conditions or disabilities, such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy, or are on any medications, please tell your Therapist before you begin your service. If you are pregnant, please tell the Front Desk Staff at the time you call to schedule your appointment. This will allow them to schedule you for services that will be both enjoyable and safe for you.

Clothing
Garment bags and robes are available at the Spa. We also suggest that you wear comfortable clothing to allow for better ease of movement and relaxation after your Treatments. When receiving a pedicure, it is helpful to bring open toe shoes to wear when you leave. This will help to protect your fresh polish. It is not necessary to bring a swimsuit for the hydrotherapy tub. The hydrotherapy treatment is performed in a private candle lit room, and most of the bath products used in our treatments add bubbles or an opaque color to the water. For your added comfort, additional draping may be provided by your spa therapist by using small towels.

Valuables
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the Spa, as The Spa at Personal Choice cannot assume any liability for personal items.

Gratuities
Treatment prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation of services, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Envelopes are available at the front desk.

Cancellations
The Spa at Personal Choice requests that appointment changes and cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Effective November 1st 2004 with a credit card number, a cancellation within less then 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee if we can not fill the time on the schedule.

Just So You Know
It is recommended that no alcohol or coffee be consumed prior to your Spa Treatments.

It is suggested that you consume adequate amounts of water following any Spa Treatment.
